Wi-Fi barely worked, but clean room with tv was nice. Luggage storage helped.

the location is perfect for exploring the city, very close to everything. the rooms are small and basic.

Location can't get any better! Right in the middle of Gran Via. Very nice staff and super clean. I loved that the cleaning lady arranged flowers for us in a jar with water. Lots of nearby restaurants, too. We'll be back!

There were no soap in the bath

The great kindness, helpfulness and competence of our staff in processing some practical need (adapter plug for current) and to provide guidelines about the city. The interior room which was very quiet, useful if you travel with small children.

The almost total lack of bathroom accessories (soap, shampoo), the absence of the power socket in the room except one, and no lights near the bed (only one central light up). The lift is really too small, needed two more trips to move with strollers and luggage.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. With this place it is all about the location - right next to a metro station for easy transport and close to centre of madrid. The price is great for those on a budget and close to nip out and get a nice breakfast.

The room did smell of smoke, but I guess it is to be expected as there is no smoking ban in spain, but the cleaner had done a lot to make the room its best.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was in the city center.

City center location was very noisy. Take ear plugs, or make sure and close the windows with the aluminum sliders.

Great location made it easy to explore iconic spots like Teatro Lope de Vega and Mercado de San Antón. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, we had a pleasant stay. The daily cleaning kept our room tidy with fresh towels. Perfect for a group vacation, we'll definitely recommend this hostal to our friends.

One downside was the noise level, especially with the room being near the reception, which could disrupt sleep at times.

Location: the hotel was next to the center and a 24/7 supermarket. Our rooms were large and comfy here with comfortable bed, a bathroom plus a hot shower😃

The venue was perfect and lovely, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was good so close to several subway stops and 4 Starbucks within 5 minute, shops, restaurants and Madrids nightlife. I came here for 7 nights and had a great stay.
